I truely enjoyed my stay at San Antonio Abad. Everyone was very nice. The rooms were clean. The water was hot. I felt very comfortable there. It was especially nice being picked up from the airport. Landing late at night in a new country when you are tired and speaking a different language can be a little stressful sometimes. Your hotel made my arrival to Lima very easy and welcoming.

Your hotel's strengths are: great customer service, friendly staff, convenience, affordability, English-speaking (for English speaking travelers), and clean, comfortable quarters. I was not there long enough to experience breakfast. I will share this information with others who I know are traveling to Peru.

I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel. After a long flight from Australia it was great to be picked up from the airport and be shown to a comfortable room at the hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the reception staff went out of their way to provide helpful information and help to arrange tours for the very next day.

Although I only stayed one night and checked out the next morning, the reception staff were happy to look after my luggage while I went on a city tour and were happy for me to hang around until my bus left Lima that evening.

I would definately recommend your hotel to friends and family,

We stayed here in June 2011 and can't help but rave about this hotel. The location is prime - close to all major Miraflores attractions, great restaurants, and the waterfront. The rooms were spacious and clean with renovated bathrooms.

The best part about this hotel, however, was its amazing staff. We were flying in from different locations and we were both picked up by the staff's wonderful airport driver. He was on time, friendly and courteous. When I had to leave the day before my partner, their driver took us both to the airport to drop me off, and brought him back at no cost. When our luggage was lost by the airline, they assisted by calling on our behalf. They were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Thank you so much for a great stay. This was a great hotel, and if we're ever back in Lima, we'll be back. Your staff were truly wonderful. Thanks again.

I would like to thank you for the wonderful services that you provided for my sister and I during our recent stay at the San Antonio Abad Hotel in May. Our flight arrived late in the evening so we appreciated the driver service. Our driver was waiting for us with a clearly marked sign in a clean, late model car. He was very pleasant and spoke enough English to answer questions about the sites along the way. I forgot my hiking pole in the car and he found it and had it delivered to our room that same evening.
We were checked in quickly and found our room to be clean and well appointed. The hotel was charming and the staff was very accomodating. We had to catch an early flight in the morning. Our transportation was arranged and the kitchen even opened the breakfast buffet fifteen minutes early so that we could eat before our departure.
A wonderful value in Lima. Safe, clean, with pleasant and helpful staff.

I have stayed at the Hotel San Antonio Abad on two different occasions and one was for nearly three weeks while recuperating from surgery. The Staff could not be more helpful, caring and supportive. I do not speak Spanish, but you would never have known there was any kind of communication barrier as all of the staff were helpful in any language and made me feel very much at home during my recuperation. I will be returning to Lima in the next month or so for another extended stay and would not think of staying anywhere else.

My experience at San Antonio Abad was excellent. My room was very clean and nice. The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful, especially Maria. She was consistently very helpful. I was thrilled with my experience. I was in Lima for graduate school research. Everyday was busy and every night I was happy to have such a nice hotel to return to. I have recommended the hotel to friends and when I return to Lima I will definitely stay at the hotel again.

It was my first time in Lima and I was travelling alone. I arrived late at night. The driver picked me up from the airport, which made it easier. The hotel is very nice and clean. It was modern colonial style. It was clean and it was in a perfect location. I was able to walk around everywhere even at night. The service was excellent. They had a good breakfast too. Everyone was friendly and helpful in the hotel. I would stay here again.

Hotel San Antonio Abad was centrally located with great clean rooms with hot water, nice bathrooms, tv, AC, comfortable pillows/beds and fantastic breakfast included. Someone was always at the front desk 24-hrs to help us with all of our questions. Even helped us call the bus station to see if they had tickets left over for the morning ride. They called taxi service for us. And quickly got a room ready when we arrived late night for our 2nd stay from visiting another town. The place was full but someone was just checking out late night to leave. Everyone at Hotel San Antonio was super helpful. They even held our bags while we went to another town overnight. I love this hotel and highly recommend it.

I stayed in San Antonio Abad for two nights, in July, with my parents and my boyfriend. We loved the hotel and the people who work there. They were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great too.

The only small problem we had was because of the noise in my parents' room in the first night. But they had their room changed in the next day and could sleep in silence.

Actually we think that the hotel is better than it seems in the internet.

I hope we can stay there again.

In regard to my comments about your hotel, we had a great time in Hotel San Antonio Abad, everyone was extremely kind and helpful with all the details of our stay.

I appreciated that they pick up my son at the airport even though I gave notice just one day in advance.

The hotel is very nice, very good breakfast and cozy atmosphere. The location is excellent.

I would advise if you could provide the guests with a hairdryer in the room and include a heater because the weather during our stay was a little cold and damp.

We had a wonderful stay at San Antonio Abad.

The service was excellent - starting from the reservation which we had to change at the last minute to add an extra day due to postponement of our flight from Lima to La Paz. Your staff responded very quickly and fortunately you were able to accommodate us for the extra night.

Notwithstanding Lan delayed our flight from Santiago to Lima by around 6 hours your driver (sorry forgotten the name) was their waiting to collect us. All the staff were very helpful in making our trip to Lima most enjoyable.

The room was relatively basic but clean and tidy and adequate for our needs. The breakfast was good - very much enjoyed fresh fruit and friut juices.

Overall excellent value for money - so much we recommended the hotel to other travellers we met on our trip.

I do not usually write comments or make recommendations unless we are impressed. Both my wife and I agreed we must respond to your request.

I was pleased with the service from your hotel on June 12, 2010. First of all, the airport shuttle driver waited one hour for me as I was delayed from retrieving my lost baggage. Next, the late shift receptionist spoke excellent English (my Spanish is not great) and checked me into my room late that evening. In the morning, another receptionist helped me locate a money changer, internet cafe, and grocery store. The chef that cooked my breakfast made me an excellent omelet too. I would recommend your hotel to friends and family coming to Lima. Thank you.

Your Hotel was absolutely first class. We returned 3 times during our stay in Peru and enjoyed all visits.

Visually it was really pleasing, absolutely clean, well trained excellent staff, great breakfast, lovely gardens and excellent position.

My dealing were with Maria, Percy and Armando and we had some lovely talks together and they went out of their way to be helpful.

I needed a doctor during one stay as I had altitude sickness in Cusco and that was arranged immediately for me.

The taxi was waiting for us each time we returned which made travel so much easier for us and was there for other trips in the area.

We had heard that Lima was unsafe however we found this to be incorrect as we went to many areas and walked them all.

Your area of Miraflores is just beautiful and the foreshore development is certainly a great asset for locals and tourists.

Thank you and the staff for our wonderful stay. I only arrived home yesterday and will soon put all the hotels I stayed in on Trip Advisor. Your place will certainly get a great report.

Although we stayed at the hotel twice it was only for a short time on both occasions. However we enjoyed our experience and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Our arranged transportation to and from the airport was always on time and quick. We found the hotel to be convenient to all of the Miraflores area and could walk wherever we wanted. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel San Antonio Abad. We thought the prices were reasonable and the rooms were worth the price. One of the reasons why I booked with this hotel was because you guys offered free airport pickup as well as a free breakfast. For the price, it was a great deal.

The continental breakfast was more than what we were expecting and it was very good. Very much a surprise, as we were just expecting something small.

We arrived late at night and departed early in the morning of our overnight stay and then returned a day later again arriving in the evening and departing at 4:00AM so did not really have an opportunity to experience the hotel nor the breakfast.

The hotel was lovely. The food was terrific, tasty and fresh.

Certainly. Although my stay was very brief, I had a very comfortable stay. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the hot shower. Puedo describir todo en una palabra...excelente!!!! La gente del hotel estan tanto amable y han sido de gran ayuda en todo, y siempre con una sonrisa. El hotel esta lindo por dentro, especialmente la sala y el comedor. El patio esta muy tranquilo y me gusto pasear un poco de tiempo mientras que esperaba por mis familiares o amigos recogerme. Del desayuno que el hotel ofrece, esta simple pero esta perfecto para comenzar el dia, aun ofrece el pan rico de Peru! De las habitaciones, consegui una habitcaion simple y era bien comodo. No pase mucho tiempo en la habitacion durante el dia, porque era en Lima visitar familiares y ver los sitios, pero era bien comodo y bastante espacio. Tambien, el hotel esta en una cuadra tranquila y asi no era muy ruidoso en la noche.

Al fin, le recomiendo Hotel San Antonio...ya me he quedado dos veces al Hotel y me encanta mucho!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at your hotel a month ago. We just got back from a month in Peru and Bolivia. Everything went fine at your hotel. The gentleman who picked us up at the airport at midnight as well as all the staff at the front desk were all very helpful and courteous.

We also enjoyed the breakfast and the room was adequate for our needs.

He estado contento con mi estadia en el hotel. Le voy a decir lo que me gusto y me no me gusto :
- los cuartos eran limpios, grandes y luminosos. No se escucha ruido ni de la calle del interior del hotel - en muchos hoteles hay ruido, especialmente del interior. Los horarios del hotel son muy convenientes para uno que viaja (hemos llegado a las 11 de la noche, y partimos temprano en la manana) ; el servicio de taxi al aeropuerto es muy bueno : hemos hecho 2 estadias de 1 dia y a cada vez nos a recogido un chofer. Las 2 veces fue muy bueno el servicio : estaban cuando llegamos al aeropuerto, y manejan con seguridad. El desauyno era perfecto. En la recepcion hemos siempre sido muy bien recibidos.
- lo que me gusto menos : es dificil decir que algo no me gusto porque al final estuve muy contento con mi estadia ; estoy de acuerdo con lo que dicen de su hotel en tripadvisor.com (es aqui que encontré el hotel y lo que me decidio a escogerlo). Entonces hablare de detalles : la caja de seguridad en los cuartos es muy dificil de utilizacion ; cuando uno entiende como funciona claro que ya no es un problema, pero me tomo mucho tiempo para llegar a abrir/cerrar correctamente (apesar que un empleado del hotel me lo haya mostrado). Otra caso me sorprendio : el segundo chofer que tuvimos me hizo llenar una ficha de staisfaccion al final ; con el primer chofer, lo habia llenado todo respondiendo a todas la preguntas ; pero el segundo chofer a penas queria la firma, sin que yo llene el resto. Esto me parecio medio raro.

En conclusion, estuve muy contento de mis 2 estadias. Otra cosa que me gusta sobre el hotel es precisamente esta forma de preguntar a sus clientes sus comentarios sobre el hotel. Ningun otro hotel en Peru me le pregunto, es una lastima porque podrian saber donde mejorarse con los comentarios de sus clientes. En otros hoteles de otros paises recebi a veces un cuestonario mas organizado con preguntas precisas, talvez puedan ustedes hacer algo de esta forma sobre su website.

I had a wonderful experience at San Antonio Abad. I found the rooms and the hotel to be very comfortable and clean. The front gate gave me a sense of security and the hotel staff was always available and very helpful. When I come to visit Peru again I will most certainly stay at Hotel San Antonio Abad.

I was quite pleased with the services received at San Antonio Abad. The staff was always helpful and food was good. I especially appreciated the pick-up service on arrival at the airport. The supplementary services provided (i.e. Giselle) were exemplary. One small negative comment was the last room my friends booked had housed smokers. Perhaps a check -box when registering could allow a request for a smoke-free environment.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel The location was good (especially having the internet and call centre next door). Your service was excellent, especially your pick-up driver. He even collected us from the bus terminal one time as well as from the airport at other times. It was one of the best three Star hotels I have stayed all over the world. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I stayed for six nights and for a prolonged stay generally, I used to get a day free. Probably you do not encourage in this way.

I am glad I was able to stay there thanks to Mr. Luis who helped me when I was on a search to get a good hotel and Mr Paul, the manager, who took care of me during my stay. I hope to visit Lima soon and to go to Lake Titicaca.

calidez, la cortesia y el respeto con que fueron atendidos.
En lo personal, cada vez que fui al hotel a visitar a mis invitados,

We thought your hotel was great. It was clean. The location great. The service was good. And the best thing was that our flight was suppose to arrive at 10:30 pm and instead arrived at 3:30 am. We were unable to contact the hotel but our driver was standing there waiting for us. It was late and we were tired and we were very happy the driver was there. Thanks

My fiancée and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much.

The people of the hotel are friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and have everything you need.

When I’m back in Peru (maybe at the end of the year), I’ll definitely consider another stay in the hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in May and enjoyed it very much. The room was nice and clean. The staff was really friendly and even helped me book my flight to Huanuco as my Spanish is not that great. The breakfast was good and the hotel is nicely situated in a good area not to far from the Miraflores nightlife and the beach.

Special thanks to that nice receptionist with the glasses, she was really lovely and helpfull. I will certainly come again.

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at San Antonio Abad Hotel in Miraflores in early April, 2009. There was a driver waiting for us at the Lima airport after we picked up our baggage, with a sign with our name on it--just as they assured us. The hotel was lovely, clean, and quiet--our rooms faced their gorgeous courtyard. The price is very reasonable, and the breakfast was fine. Everyone was very pleasant. We would certainly recommend this hotel!

If you will check tripadvisor.com you will see the very positive and extensive review I gave your hotel. I rated it a "5" which is the highest rating. The service was great without exception. The driver who picked me up at the airport, Jorge, was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk staff was excellent. Always helpful and courteous. The buffet was very good and the coffee was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent. The guest rooms were basic but comfortable and very clean.
I will stay at San Antonio Abad if I have the opportunity to visit Lima in the future. Likewise I will recommend it without hesitation.

I am very pleased to comment on the hotel’s service. The rooms were very comfortable and we were especially pleased by the personal service provided by the staff at reception. They were very helpful to us and were very pleasant.

I thought that the cost was excellent value especially as we were picked up from the airport on the first night and the bus station on the second.

I would recommend the hotel to friends visiting Lima

I can be very brief, I was very satisfied with your excellent service, airport pick-up, friendliness, cleanliness in the room(s), general atmosphere, definitely a place I will return to next time in Lima (if I need to stay for the night). As we know there are hotels offering far more luxury, but the human touch at your place more than compensates for that. Please keep up that quality, and hopefully you will be busy in the future, too.
