Of course we have nothing but positive things to say about the service at San Antonio Abad. From the moment we were met at the airport to the time we left every single person was helpful and polite. They even smiled when I tried to speak spanish. And of course your assistance with our travel planning was the most helpful of all. Without you to help us get tickets and book the jungle lodge we might never have done that part of our trip. We are very grateful to all of the staff at your hotel.
You have suffered a tragedy with the earthquake in Pisco and Nazca.

My wife and I stayed at The Hotel San Antonio Abad in the Mira Flores district of Lima.

All arrangements were made over the internet with quick and informative responses.
I was a little concerned as our flight to Lima did not arrive until late at night and we are not familiar with the city.
But not to worry, The San Antonia Abad had dispatched a driver to pick us up and deliver us to the Hotel.
The Hotel San Antonia Abad is a nicely appointed building in the clean and quite section of Mira Flores a short distance from the airport.
The Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and a wealth of good information regarding travel within Lima and the highlands of the Andes.
Our room was comfortable and well priced with a healthy breakfast available in the morning.

I could not have asked for a better welcome to Peru and a more comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

I highly recommend the Hotel San Antonio Abad for anyone traveling through Lima.

My daughter and I had a too brief, but very enjoyable stay at your hotel.  It was in a lovely neighborhood, within easy walking distance to places of interest, and it was beautiful and very clean.  The front desk staff was professional and very helpful.  The airport pick up and return was convenient and the driver was extremely skillful, friendly, and helpful.  I would definitely recommend your hotel to anyone I know who is traveling to Lima.

I found the room to be very cozy, the staff very very friendly and extremly helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.  The pick-up service (from airport or bus terminal) is also excellent.  I really enjoyed my last stay and look forward to one more night!

The service was great, Jose was a very friendly and talkative driver. His car was very clean and he drives very well. We had a comfortable journey, both to and from the hotel.

Airport pick up was fine, despite the late hour (we didn't see your man at first and started to panic, but when I went round again he was there). Breakfast was good, and reception service was fine. Good to be able to park the rental car securely. Rooms were basic but comfortable and large. Maybe an extra blanket would have been nice. Lots of noise from the street, but I guess that is Lima: at least it is an easy walk to the centre of Miraflores, which is a big advantage.

Traveling alone, I had been rather dreading my stay in Lima. I spent some time looking for a small, safe, friendly, well-located, and reasonably priced hotel. San Antonio Abad fit the bill completely and more.
Service was efficient (on-time pick-ups, well-appointed room, excellent breakfast), helpful (arranging tours, storing luggage, giving directions, suggesting places to eat, shop, etc., available email connection), and kind (welcoming smile when I came in from touring, etc., remembered my room # and name).
I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a pleasant, well-managed 'home-base' during their stay in Lima.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Hotel San Antonio Abad.  We thought that the services were a great value.  We especially appreciated the ride from the airport and the opportunity to rest and recover from our overnight flight.

Your staff were so friendly and pleasant.  When we arrived in the early hours in the morning from the airport, they had smiles on their faces and a warm welcome for us.  The room was clean and comfortable.  A wash cloth for the face included with the towels would have been nice.  The breakfast was tasty and what a nice view onto the enclosed courtyard.  Your staff helped us back to the airport and again their friendly manner was appreciated.  Overall, we found our short stay very pleasant and we would gladly recommend your lovely hotel to our friends or other travellers.

My wife and I were pleased to note that all aspects of your service were outstanding. All of the staff were competent, pleasant and accommodating. Our room was always clean and comfortable. Breakfast was made to order for us each day.  At Reception, Luis and Maria were knowledgeable and very willing to answer questions and give assistance.  Among the newer people, Lucia and Lizet were enthusiastic and exhibited great, positive attitudes. Julio, whom we also remember from our first visit, was always available to provide assistance. The airport pickup service does much to relieve any possible anxiety that a foreigner might experience upon arrival, especially at night.
All of this is a credit to your leadership.

It was a real comfort when we arrived in Peru knowing you would pick us up and drive us to your hotel. It was a very long flight from Canada, and a nice touch to not have to worry about finding a cab to the hotel.

The hotel itself was very beautiful, clean and the staff were great. We felt very secure and it was nice and quiet at night. I personally loved the architecture and the original / antique décor. The rooms were very comfortable. I also loved the little courtyard out back - very peaceful. The food was great (I especially loved the coffee!)

Overall, we loved staying at the San Antonio Abad. I would recommend to anyone lucky enough to visit Lima. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer in your beautiful hotel.

Your staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and neat; it was all around a very nice stay. We appreciated the airport pick-up when we first arrived too tired to function, and the driver pointed out the near-by 24 hora market, which was wonderful! The breakfast room was nice and the coffee was the best we had at any hotel!! We also appreciated the internet access and cable TV in the room so that we could catch up on what was going on in the rest of the world.

A superb breakfast after 4 hour sleep night! Our plane arriving to Lima was 5 hours late and eventhough the Hotel pay for our transfer. Charming people to visit them again.

El servicio es bueno e incluso todo el proceso de recogida en el aeropuerto esta muy bien coordinado. La atención en el desayuno ha sido siempre optima y con una oferta de comida suficiente y adecuadamente elaborada. Las reservas hechas por Internet, han sido adecuadamente respetadas y eso ha transmitido una gran confianza en el Hotel y en el personal. I have been visiting Lima, Peru for nearly 15 years and a friend recommend Hotel San Antonio Abad as a unique hotel in the mist of run down or super expensive options. They have an excellent pickup and return to airport service and tour of city if required. Very efficient, good breakfast buffet for the price. Mi estancia en el hotel San Antonio se dio en Abril de 2005 por motivos de trabajo. La verdad es que me pareció un sitio muy acogedor con un servicio excelente y con una relación calidad precio inmejorable. Realmente un hotel como el San Antonio Abad hace que quieras llegar a Lima para poder descansar a un lugar que cubre todas tus necesidades de confort.

Solo puedo decir que me trataron estupendamente, que el hotel es una maravilla, que esta en un sitio privilegiado y que su personal es encantador.
